Welcome to the CLP website (www.clp.com). Following are the terms and conditions that govern your use of this site.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND CLP RESOURCES, INC. ("CLP" "CLP RESOURCES"
"WE" OR "OUR"). PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE YOU CONTINUE TO USE THIS WEBSITE. IF YOU
DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.
This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise
exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by CLP. CLP and its affiliates reserve
the right to refuse service and terminate accounts, including, without limitation, if CLP believes that customer
conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of CLP and its affiliates.
Data
Your registration on the site specifically authorizes CLP to send you e-mail messages from time to time containing product,
service or promotional offer information. You agree to hold CLP harmless from any direct, indirect or consequential damages
resulting from receiving e-mail messages from CLP. You represent that you are the authorized user of the e-mail address that
you have supplied and are authorized to join Internet programs in which e-mail communications are used.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the e-mail address you initially provide is deliverable and that, should
your e-mail address change, it is your sole responsibility to return to the CLP site at www.clp.com and update your
e-mail address.
You must remove yourself from the program should you wish to no longer receive e-mail communications from CLP.
Simply "replying" to a message we send you is not an authorized method of removal and such requests will not be processed.
Removal from the program is properly accomplished by using your web browser and going to www.clp.com and unsubscribing.
No other methods of removal are approved or authorized.
Privacy & Security
You can browse through CLP's site without entering any personal information and therefore remain anonymous during your visit.
When you do decide to join our mailing list, ask to be contacted, or apply for a job, CLP will not sell, trade or rent your
personal information to unrelated outside parties. We may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales traffic
patterns and related Web site information to reputable third parties, but the statistics will include no personally
identifying information.
However, CLP may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, as requested by other government or
law enforcement authority, or in the good faith belief that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable including,
without limitation, to protect the rights or properties of CLP and our affiliates when we have reason to believe that

Prohibited Content
The following is a partial list of the kind of content which is illegal or prohibited on the site. It includes
content that: is patently offensive to the online community, such as content that promotes racism, bigotry,
hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; is or could be harmful to minors; harasses
or advocates harassment of another person; involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters", or unsolicited
mass mailing or "spamming;" promotes information that you know is false, misleading, or promotes illegal activities
or conduct, is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous; is or promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy

Termination of Usage
User access to all or part of this site may be terminated or suspended at any time, without notice and for any reason.
Third Parties
If you use this site to submit requests for or on behalf of a third party ("Third Party"), you are responsible for any
error in the accuracy of information provided in connection with such use. In addition, you must inform the Third
Party of all terms and conditions applicable to all products or services acquired through this site including all
rules and restrictions applicable thereto. Each user using this site for or on behalf of a Third Party agrees to
