Safety is Serious Business

Having a workforce that is knowledgeable AND safe is imperative, and something we take very seriously. Safety is more than a set of rules for safe work practices; it's part of CLP's culture and integral to the way we do business. From the time we hire a skilled tradesperson throughout their employment, we work with them and with our customers to keep jobsites and workers safe. Our field employee safety program includes the following:

• Full-time national safety staff
• All CLP Market Managers are OSHA-30 certified or better
• OSHA-10 training classes
• Specialized safety screening, orientation and training for all tradespeople
• Site safety visits
• Hazard-specific inspection programs
• Ongoing customer safety support
• PPE issued to all employees, and replaced when needed at no charge
• Field employee safety recognition program
