Quality Assurance Process

Our proprietary Quality Assurance Process (QAP) is followed for every assignment and every worker in each CLP office location to ensure we’re making the best match of worker with the specific requirements of the client and job. The following outlines the QAP steps that are followed for every assignment.

• Job order
• Timely order status call
• Assignment confirmation immediately, as each order is filled
• Reliability check within the first 30 minutes of the job start
• Skill check by noon on the second day of the assignment and ongoing throughout the duration of long-term assignments
• Job-end check two days before end of the assignment
