Our History

CLP began as Contractors Labor Pool, founded in 1987 in Berkeley, California. In 1994, the company moved its headquarters to Reno, Nevada and then in 2000, evolved its brand, transitioning the name to CLP Resources, Inc. Our CLP company logo has also evolved with each of these changes.

• Today, CLP is a Top 100 Staffing Company.
• CLP maintains branches across the country and staffs construction projects from coast to coast.
• In 2010, CLP employed more than 10,000 skilled tradespeople who completed some 41,000 job assignments.
